Credit plays a vital role in socio –economic development of every nation. Most enterprises in Ghana are inhibited by the fact that the institutions and people in positions to offer credit facilities are reluctant to offer such facilities for fear that when granted, the recoupment of such credits will be in danger. At the same time, the recipients of such credit facilities are incapable of managing the credits facilities properly for lack of knowledge, skills and the right attitude.

The programme offers a four-year BA Degree in Corporate Secretaryship and Management. Navigating the complex terrain of modern corporate organizations demands the services of the corporate secretary who is responsible for ensuring that accurate and sufficient documentation exists for effective functioning of a corporate entity. The practice of corporate secretaryship extends to strategic and functional contexts, advising Board, leading teams in secretarial best practices, ensuring compliance with law and regulation, and establishing efficient internal communication of Board decisions and external reporting.

It has been designed to provide extensive practical hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge of computer-based business management systems. The programme will equip the graduate with a solid grounding in modern management theory and practice. It also aims to increase self-awareness and confidence, facilitate personal growth and development. It will also improve decision-making skills, develop the analytical and creative skill necessary to manage effectively in a changing ICT global environment and enhance capacity to take on new roles and responsibilities.
