The E.P. University College is granted accreditation by the National Accreditation Board (NAB) to operate as a tertiary institution in Ghana after satisfying the requirements of the Board.

The EPUC is affiliated to the University of Cape Coast in Ghana and Eden Theological Seminary in the U.S.
