There are four start-up programmes mounted in the University. 

School of Business
At the School of Business in Ho, three (3) academic programmes are offered.  These are

B.Sc. (Hons) Agribusiness, B.Sc. (Hons) Business Administration (Accounting and Finance), and B.Sc. (Hons) Business Administration (Marketing).

School of Theology
B.A. (Hons) Pastoral Ministry and Church Management is offered at Peki.
 
The following Schools are expected to take off as the university grows. 

School of:

• Computer Science;
• Agriculture and Home Economics;
• Engineering;
• Medical Sciences;
• Law;
• Social Sciences;
• Music and Performing Arts;
• Modern Languages; and
• Graduate Studies.

As integral part of courses offered to students, the E.P. University College will arrange Supervised Attachment Progarammes and Field Study as are relevant and appropriate.
