The University has two campuses to start with. - The Central Municipal Campus is located at the Volta Regional Capital, Ho.
- The Greenhills Campus is located at Peki in the South Dayi District of the Volta Region. The Greenhills Campus used to be the E.P. Church Seminary.
The Church has acquired 66 acres of land at Gbleve near the Regional Hospital, Ho for a permanent site of the University. Learning Centres will be established at strategic places in various administrative districts of the Volta Region.
